  • How does txt4everywhere work?
    It is an online system to send SMS from the web to anywhere in the world.
  • Do I have to install anything on my phone or PC?
    No txt4everywhere is a web-based application. Just login with an internet connected PC and send messages.
  • Where can I send text messages to?
    Almost anywhere! We cover over 200 countries and nearly 700 networks. See our Rates and Coverage section for more information.
  • How much does it cost to send text messages worldwide?
    SMS credits cost 6p each (+VAT). The number of credits used, and therefore the cost, depends on the country you are sending to. The cheapest is 4.5p (using 0.75 credits) and the most expensive is 12p (using 2 credits). Most countries cost just 6p each.
    Note there are no subscription costs, hidden fees or advertising in our text messages.
  • Can I store my phone contacts?
    Yes, you can store as many contacts as you like, and order them in different groups. You can add them one by one, or upload them from your PC.
  • Can I send to more than one contact at a time?
    Yes, you can text to one, some or all of your contacts at the same time.
  • When I send a message, who will it show as coming from?
    You can set your own mobile number as the 'from' field. You can change this number in your User Profile at any time.
  • Can I receive replies to my SMS?
    Yes! If you have set your own mobile number in the 'from' field, you will receive the messages on the phone. Alternatively we can provide a dedicated number for £60 per year (+ VAT) to receive messages into the system. All messages are free to receive.
  • How do I know if a sent message has arrived?
    We show delivery receipts for all messages. These are live reports, updated as they happen. You can also save your message reports as an Excel file.
  • How can I buy text messages?
    You will be prompted to buy messages when you open your account. Once you have created your account, you can buy online at any time using a credit or debit card or PayPal.
  • Do the messages expire?
    No they don't! The messages credits you buy remain on your account as long as you are using it - they only expire if your account is unused for 12 months.
  • Can I send timed text alerts?
    Yes! The system has a timed message function to send an SMS later. It's idea for reminders, anniversaries or events.
  • Do you offer discounts for larger quantities of SMS?
    Yes! Please contact us if you wish to buy more than 1000 message credits. We can offer prices as low as 3p per messages for large volumes.
  • Can txt4everywhere provide business to business solutions for marketing campaigns or staff communication?
    We offer a powerful messaging system  txt4ever which can provide mobile marketing mobile content management, including keywords and shortcodes and specific services such as appointment reminders.
  • I run a website, would it be possible to provide SMS to my users?
    Yes, txt4everywhere is available for resellers who will receive a rebate for every message sent by users who signup from their site. The messaging system can be fully branded with your logo. Please  contact us for further information.
